Bad customer service from pharmacist
the service I received today, 30 July 2026, at Walnut Pharmacy, Southerton. I went to buy medication. I had forgotten my physical prescription at home, but I knew the name of the medication. When I mentioned the name, I was told it requires a prescription. I then asked someone at home to send me pictures of the prescription, which they did. I presented the pictures to the pharmacist. Instead of assisting me, the pharmacist insisted that she needed to see the date on the prescription. I explained that I am sick and coughing, and that I had the prescription with me, just in a photo format. On top of that, the pharmacist was very rude and dismissive. The overall customer service was poor and unhelpful, especially considering I was unwell. As a patient, I expected professionalism, empathy, and guidance on how we could resolve it for example, verifying the photo or contacting my doctor. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and unheard.
